Scope
This project involved the full refurbishment of an existing washroom facility within a high-profile event space at Millennium Point, a landmark venue in Birmingham.

The brief was to transform a tired, outdated washroom into a modern, high-quality environment that reflects the premium standard of the wider venue, while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance for high footfall usage.

Works Included

• Full strip-out of existing washroom facilities
• Installation of new wall finishes, incorporating oak-effect IPS panelling paired with complementary grey wall panels
• Supply and installation of new sanitaryware, finished in clean white for a modern aesthetic
• Upgrade of plumbing systems, including new pipework and waste connections
• Installation of new brassware, including contemporary black taps for a premium finish
• Feature mirrors with gold detailing to elevate the overall design
• Flooring upgrades to align with the new interior scheme
• Decoration and finishing works throughout

Design & Delivery

The design focused on creating a warm, contemporary feel, balancing natural textures with modern finishes. The combination of oak tones, neutral greys, and high-contrast black fittings delivers a refined, high-end result suitable for a public-facing venue.

Works were delivered efficiently within a live environment, ensuring minimal disruption to the operational use of the building.
