Creation Office was appointed to transform an existing commercial unit at Millennium Point into a clean, flexible environment ready for its next occupier.
The project introduced glazed enclosed rooms, refreshed finishes, colour-zoned areas and coordinated services while retaining the openness and character of the existing building.

The completed space balances a practical open-plan floorplate with enclosed glazed rooms for focus and meetings. Black-framed glazing provides definition without reducing the sense of openness, while turquoise, blue, purple and pink feature areas give the unit a clear identity.
Lighting, power, data, ceiling interfaces and the existing building services were coordinated around the new layout, with kitchenette and welfare provision integrated into the finished scheme.
